Marble Care

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or household cleaners as they may

damage the finish. The marble surface is not treated. Marble is porous and can stain,

particularly with dark liquids. Wipe spills immediately.

Each piece of marble is unique, no two are the same and natural variations in colour and

details will occur.

All Products

The Australian sun and UV rays are very harsh and damaging on any piece of furniture, rug or colored material.  Sun fading and damage is not covered under our warranty as this issue is not a structural defect.
Best to rotate the rug regularly and also keep the blinds/curtains shut during the day and especially on hot days.

Raw Timber Care

Wipe down with water or a soapy washing-up liquid solution, applied from a cloth, not

directly on the wood. Rinse and dry promptly. Do not leave wet.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid the use of harsh abrasives and household cleansers

Coffee and lamp tables

No standing or sitting on tables – Maximum weight 5kg

Cowhides patchwork

Vacuum only, warm water and soap spot clean, allow to dry naturally, no cleaners or

chemicals to be used

Wool and Viscose Rugs

Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into roots of the fibres. Avoid

direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy

furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove.

Turn rug around occasionally to equalize wear. Remove spills immediately; if liquid, blot with

clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For

hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Store your rug by rolling it

front side out and wrapping in cloth for protection. Do not fold or put in an airtight plastic bag.

Place in a dry, well-ventilated area. Use of a rug underlay with anti-slip is recommended

when on timber or tiled surfaces. This product may transfer colour to nylon or silk material

when wet. Shedding of loose fibres is normal with new wool rugs and a natural result of

being handmade. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming and proper care, typically

within three to six months.
